Delivery

Please kindly provide your shipping address and information. Once we confirm the payment,
Hong Kong~ We would arrange the delivery in 1-3 WORKING days.
Mainland China / Oversea~ We would arrange the delivery in 7-10 WORKING days.

HK:Free shipping for purchase over $3500, per order per delivery
(Only along the MTR,Except outlying islands and in remote areas)

* Product price and delivery charge does not include taxes of Delivery Destinations, therefore you should be pay for the import taxes to your country of residence.

 

Returns

This website only accepts returning / exchanging goods within 7 days after the payment is made. Please contact us about the return/exchange process. All the items have to be the original products being purchased on this website, and needed to be marked as exchanging/returning items before the process beings.

Items should remain in the condition as before unboxed, any sign of being used, man-made tear or replacement will lead to a decline of the process.
This statement of apply to accessory products.

Applying to all the returned goods, we won’t be covering any transportation fees for returning goods to us; neither any tax has been paid. Customer has to cover all the costs within the returning process. We will ensure the correct exchanged items you required for; also transportation fees for those goods won’t be charged.
