This website will try the best to ensure that the information and price of goods have been updated to the latest, price changes will not be notified in advance, we reserve the right to sell the goods and the quantity ordered.

As a result, if any goods are out of stock and could not be provided to the customer, we have the right to provide goods for the same price/the same type of goods as replacement.

Hscigarwine.com has the right to approve or modify all orders.
If the customer had provided an email address, a confirmation email shall be received after one or two working day.

We guarantee to protect our customer’s user privacy. Without your consent, we will not sell, rent or transmit any of your personal information to a third party.

Terms:

The prices of goods listed on the website are single price.
Other than special arrangements in advance, under normal circumstances, the orders that have not been paid will not be delivered. Emergency orders are negotiable.

If goods encounter unexpected accident during transportation via logistics express, please contact us immediately, cs@hscigarwine.com.
We will handle any inquiry from the customers as soon as possible, all the process will be following logistics express’s regulations. We won’t be liable to any compensation other than the ones released by the logistics express.
Orders delayed or incapable delivery due to customer providing indistinguishable shipping address and contact method won’t be compensated by this website.
Customer shopping in this website is regarded as agreed with this “term of service”.
This website only accepts returning / exchanging goods within 7 days after the payment is made. Please contact us about the return/exchange process. All the items have to be the original products being purchased on this website, and needed to be marked as exchanging/returning items before the process beings.
Items should remain in the condition as before unboxed, any sign of being used, man-made tear or replacement will lead to a decline of the process.
This statement of apply to accessory products.

Applying to all the returned goods, we won’t be covering any transportation fees for returning goods to us; neither any tax has been paid. Customer has to cover all the costs within the returning process. We will ensure the correct exchanged items you required for; also transportation fees for those goods won’t be charged.

Any cigar and alcoholic products: We will ensure that the products comply with request before delivery or shipping.
